Clarity Quest’s Client, RevSpring, Achieves Black Book #1 Rankings

WEST MYSTIC, CT – February 20, 2019 – Clarity Quest Marketing announced that its client, RevSpring, has been ranked #1 by Black Book.

Black Book awarded RevSpring with two #1 rankings ahead of HIMSS 2019: #1 in Patient Communications & Financial Satisfaction Solutions and #1 in Patient Revenue Analytics Solutions.

The #1 rankings come after an exciting year for the revenue cycle management and patient engagement company.

With Clarity Quest’s help, RevSpring merged several separate brands under the RevSpring name and created a new brand identity and website to better position the company as a communications and engagement leader in the revenue cycle space while preserving existing brand equity.

Black Book rated RevSpring #1 in 9 of the 18 individual rating criteria in the Patient Communications & Financial Satisfaction Solutions report. Apex Revenue Technologies, which strategically combined with RevSpring in October 2018, was rated #2 in the same report, giving the combined RevSpring 11 of the 18 #1 ratings.

RevSpring also received a #1 rating in 8 of the 18 individual rating criteria in the Patient Revenue Analytics Solutions report.
