Data is Crucial
Data is key for any marketing organization. So it’s important to have someone on your team who can synthesize this data to ensure your organization is spending marketing dollars on the most effective marketing programs that deliver qualifed leads within the budget.

The person who can synthesize and use all of this data this is the Campaign Planning Manager. They are the glue that holds it all together. They know your customers, how to target them, and work with mutiple different teams within the organization to drive effective and personalized integrated marketing campaigns.

Personalization is Required
Speaking of personalization, Justin says “if you’re not personalizing your campaigns, you can bet your competitors are.” And it only becomes more important as you move down the sales funnel.  An effective Campaign Planning Manager is in charge of equipping the sales team with the best information and context so they can have meaningful conversations with their prospects.
