Driving Awareness and Leads – Taste-of-HITMC Denver Schedule

We look forward to having you join us at the Taste-of-HITMC Event in Denver, January 22-23, 2020. We’ve got a great program planned for this event focused on two important topics: driving awareness and leads. If you’re interested in learning how you can take your efforts to drive awareness and leads to the next level, join us in Denver for this collaborative, community driven event.

Here’s the full schedule of events:

Wednesday, January 22, 2020

9:30 AM – Coffee and Connection
Join us to start connecting with other participants over coffee. This will be a great opportunity to casually connect with other community members before the formal education and collaboration begins.

10:00 AM – Noon – Interactive Learning Lab – Effective Copy
In this 2 hours of learning and collaboration, we’ll divide the education and discussion into 2 segments focused on how you can use effective copy to better drive awareness and leads. Plus, we’ll engage all those attending in a discussion of what challenges attendees face with producing effective copy. We’ll also leave time for an open discussion of any other challenges, problems, or questions attendees have about creating copy in their organizations. Come ready with your most challenging questions and gain experience from healthcare copy experts and the HITMC community.

Noon – 1:15 PM – Lunch
After our morning discussion, we’ll enjoyed a catered lunch at the beautiful Catalyst space. During lunch you’ll be able to continue the conversations started earlier, create a deeper connection with your peers, and enjoy lunch together as a group.

1:15 PM – 3:00 PM – Interactive Learning Lab Breakouts (B2B & Healthcare Provider)
In this learning and collaboration session, we’ll divide the attendees into those focused on B2B healthcare marketing and healthcare provider (B2C) marketing. In these breakouts, each group will focus on the unique challenges associated with B2B and B2C marketing. Plus, we’ll dive into the topics of event marketing for B2B marketers and branding for those from healthcare provider organizations.

3:00 PM – 5:00 PM – Interactive Learning Lab – Podcasting
In this 2 hours of learning and collaboration, we’ll divide the education and discussion into 2 segments focused on podcasting. Plus, we’ll engage all those attending in a discussion of what challenges attendees face with podcasting including whether they should start their own podcast, how to maximize other podcasts, and how do you effectively market a podcast. We’ll also leave time for an open discussion of any other challenges, problems, or questions attendees have about podcasting. Come ready with your most challenging questions and gain experience from healthcare podcasting and marketing experts and the HITMC community. Then, we’ll finish off the educational event with a short wrapup.

Thursday, January 23, 2020

Social Event (Optional)
The HITMC community is known for our unofficial social events after the formal program.  Since we are in Denver, we couldn’t think of anything more appropriate than a fun ski-day!  We hope you will stay overnight and join us to and from the ski slopes (equipment rental and lift pass purchased separately). Don’t worry, there will be people on the bunny hill.
